Is it that they are covering it up, all those records, well you got them. Or is it that the database has a product number and name "300215:Medical Test Kit" and when they were marketing it in 2020 the changed the record to "300215:Covid-19 Test Kit" which then made all associated records with 300215 change to have their new name.
