We already did. A hysterical break feels like rational handles on a highly emotional situation, that's what you're experiencing. When the hysteria is soaked in, you FEEL rational. It is interesting that they lump single shot and double shot but no boosters (double shot alone is not "fully vaxxed" if over 65 in the US) in with "no shot" for their statistics.
You would think that they would want to show this separation very carefully and very distinctly to prove that even getting the first shot is worth it.
