It's difficult to compress the difference into a short response, but the difference is that the people who understand legal vs lawful are required to believe in God, through the understanding that atheists don't have any true rights. Unalienable rights like the kind referenced in the Constitution come from God (endowed by Our Creator) and are not guaranteed their existence through any other third party that would erode or change their rules. The entire court system in America is a giant fraud, built to cover the real truth that a fair and just court system in America doesn't really exist at all. The modern court system is built completely on the wrong foundation, based on a rule called "legal positivism." If you submit yourself to the modern court system, you're agreeing that legal positivism is a fact. Far from it. The only way that courts in general can operate the way that they do without impunity is to declare every man and woman as a "citizen" rather than a sovereign man or woman. In legal framework terms, you're classified as a dead body by the state. Since the dead don't have any rights, you're legally exempt from receiving due process under the law. The reason that we've gotten so ass backwards lately is not because the court system isn't being fair, it's because it's completely manipulating its own functions. As a jury, you're expected to choose to figure out whether or not a legal rule or statute is met by the state, but juries instead have the power to request to even ask why the state is using a particular statute in the first place. That's why if you even mention jury nullification, they kick you out of jury duty. You're really telling them that you know your real powers of choice.

That's really only the tip of the iceberg, and I'm not able to convey a lot of information accurately because a true understanding of this subject comes from a very deep amount of personal introspection. Einstein's definition of insanity (he was a famous scientist, but really he was a cheating jew) is "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." His definition is not even close to accurate. The real definition of insanity is "an inability to perceive truth when it is shown to you by God." Everything in life is a lesson shown to you by God, and if you can't see that God is out there teaching you, you can't learn the real lesson behind why you're having a particular experience.
