He wasn't just made by mommy and daddy's connections. He was made by the CFR and the other cabals. His arrogance and insular removal from reality makes him an excellent fall guy. When the shit hits the fan, angry mobs are supposed you go after walking logos like Gates instead of the council on foreign relations.

There's a vaccine for wild animals to control their populations. It seems eerily similar to the cooties vaxx as far as storage conditions and schedule of injection.
