I submitted this trash fake resume of a black woman to big tech companies and they were desperate to hire

It has awful formatting, words missing, the bullet points indicate no real programming achievements...

Never seen them reply so fast. Had interviews offered the same week, option to skip a programming tech test, one hiring manager says the CV doesn't fit the role but can proceed anyway.

For all you whites working hard, remember the real Angywele Charinyelus of the world are going ahead of you because you are white. Big tech supports BLM. They would rather pay the visa of an entire family of foreigners than pay a white person.

Well I don't want to dox myself or potentially put myself in legal trouble.

If you're so doubtful then just put the CV in a pdf and apply with it yourself and see what happens. Plenty of big tech to try it on.

Also the experience is trash, IBM sucks and everyone knows that.

I put my own CV on and only get rejections even though it's far superior

Tbf tho, you gave her a good track record of previous jobs. So, maybe they wanted to hire someone with that much experience. Maybe it was purely race based. You should submit a copy of this but with a white male as the applicant, to really be able to compare
