I know you asked for “human” ivermectin. It’s the same as mammal ivermectin which is the same as ivermectin. It’s all ivermectin. The horse paste comes with dosing scales for a mammal by weight.

Can anyone deriding the veterinary ivermectin tell me how it differs from human ivermectin?

Unless you know someone in India or Mexico, for example, who will ship you some but not declare it then you will not be able to purchase Ivermectin internationally. Canada Customs will block the shipment.

What you can do, however, is buy some Quercetin which is still an OTC supplement. Quercetin is a zinc ionophore, meaning that it assists to transport zinc into the cell where it kills the virus.

It goes without saying that you need to be taking zinc as well. But you should already be taking zinc daily anyway, and vit D too.

NAC is also recommended because it increases glutathione levels. It's a bit of a PITA though because the recommended dose is 1800mg/day but taken as 600mg 3 times a day, either 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating. In some people it causes minor stomach discomfort.

The only reason someone would want to avoid vet formula is from additional ingredients that may not be safe for humans. Almost none of the vet formulas list what their inactive ingredients are, but some have "fda approved" labels. Different brands all use different formulas, some are a clearish gel and others a white paste.
Edit: There are basically three different grades of raw materials used in products, they are:
Pharmaceutical Grade - meets pharmaceutical standards
Food Grade - meets standards set for human consumption
Feed Grade - meets standards set for animal consumption

it has horsey on the box this ivermectin won't work like that ivermectin because of this horsey picture. you need doc to give you ivermectin without horsey picture, then the ivermectin will work. they are different ivermectins, you see. it changes chemical structure when we make it for horseys.
