Transgender is not about gender at all. Its about destroying gender, its just part of the multi pronged attack to destroy every reasonable way of identifying yourself. Religion, race, ethnicity, gender, family, tribe, nation. All of these things are to be torn down so that you cannot identify yourself so that you have no authority to look toward for guidance, so that they can become that authority. So that they can decide who lives and who dies, who has children that the state will raise and who will have a blood line that ends. Its much bigger than simple mental illness.

They would need to define it. As soon as you codify what has to happen to switch sexes the emotional parts are removed, and someone without mental disorders can change their sex as needed.
