Thanks for the kind reply. There's some punk music I actually do like, but it's contingent on whether I like the performers. I'm a fan of Lydon and his work. I like him, and I like his music.
As for Rollins, he was a homo when he was molested and abused at a young age, and nothing will change that. I feel sorry for the guy, he has a great intellect, but he became deranged at a young age due to his horrible upbringing.

Man, that's really too bad. I had no idea and I can't say I'm all that surprised. Even if he wasn't clearly evidently a homo back then (at least as far as I was able to discern), people tend to grow into more of what they already are. I always just figured that success had changed him and, like a boomer, he was merely the product of his time.
Something I've noticed is that the more I know about some artists, the less I am able to appreciate their work. Robert DeNiro comes to mind in this regard. I used to be a fan until I learned what an insufferable liberal faggot and race traitor he is. Now I can't stand looking at him.

I know what you mean. I have a lot of trouble separating the art from the artist. As soon as I learn that someone was a closet homo or a commie/socialist, I start to lose interest in anything they did.
