In WI they use the bail system, so the suspect has to figure out how to raise the money, but bail is also returned at the end of the proceedings. Even tho the nigger jumped bail once, I'm sure some goody-hook-nose would do everything possible to get their pet nigger released (which is how the bail was set so low to begin with - blame the soros funded legal system now).
