EDIT: So, now that I'm at my computer and not phonefagging, I've screencapped a frame from this video, which was linked by @NeedleStack:

...and compared it to the shot of the ginger in the image I originally posted. I had to blow up my screencap to match the resolution of the image in my OP, but I suspect that the OP image was also enlarged and "enhanced". Here are the two side by side... they do not match:

The image of the ginger in the OP appears to have come from the video in this twitter post, which may have been edited, but does show something weird about her eyes that matches the pic in the OP:

The video linked above is very obviously compressed, which can cause distortions, particularly to eyes for some reason.

So, does this woman have cameras in her eyes? I don't know. Maybe, maybe not. Is the OP image shopped to make it look like she has camera contacts? Maybe, but then what about the source video from which the image comes? Is that video edited? Maybe, or maybe this is just a product of compression. What's the conclusion here? I dunno. Best I can do is maybe. Either way, this woman still needs to be identified.

There's a shit ton of patents for technology that hasn't been developed yet. If you developed a camera that could fit into a contact lens right now, there's far too many questions that need to be answered. Where's the battery? How does the device relay video? Where is it stored? What are the risks to the eye and does the device emit radiation? Does the lens even have the capacity to allow you to see through it properly?

Remember how botched the HUD camera glasses from Microsoft became so quickly?

That looks horribly photoshoped. The zoomed out photo looks nothing like the zoomed in one. The lighting is different and the reflections in her eye look like photography lights are pointed at her face.

That's just an article that shows what a "smart contact lens with built-in camera" looks like, which is a similarity to the pic referenced. It's not zoomed in from the pic on the left/top.
