I think they want to preserve the mental image most normies seem to have of antifa and BLM being multiracial movements with lots of blacks and whites. It'd looks suspicious if they turned out to be almost entirely jewish.

It's probably a real jew. When the use of echoes first became popularized, there were a bunch of twitter kikes that tried to "claim" it for themselves (like how niggers claimed "nigga"). So there's quite a few on there that echo their own names, even today.

As to the picture, particularly repulsive jews like to pick images that represent how they see themselves. It's a form of denial -- this kike thinks it looks like Carrie Fisher (or wishes it did) so it selected that image, because to look at itself in the mirror would remind it that it's an ugly jewess.
