This may be an unpopular opinion but no bicep man is now a bro. Facing losing much of his opportunity for that sweet sweet lawsuit money he answered honestly on the stand despite all the forces that were likely pressuring him to lie. He screwed up, Kyle delivered his punishment and now things should only be looking up for him if he can continue on this path.

I think it's because HIS defense is he went after this kid under the assumption that he was an "active shooter." He needs to keep his story straight in that case, otherwise he's a scumbag admitting to pulling a gun on someone for no good reason.

The problem with his story is that if you act in the self-defense of a third party you must be 100% sure the 3rd party was completely innocent. He heard gunshots, he saw a guy running with a gun. He heard accusations. He didn't know shit. The key and perfect word is "assumption." His story is fucked, even if straight.

Considering in his testimony on the stand he stated that he, at the time, believed Kyle had said "I'm going to the Police" - so he continues chasing after him as he pulls his gun out and then joins in with the physical attack on someone he initially believed was going to the police ??. Lol - that's all kinds of admitted fckery right there.

TBH, it's was all typically joo-pilpul. I watched it all on Rekieta law (pretty interesting having 6+ actual lawyers, former prosecutors, self defense/ 2nd amendment lawyers etc all breaking it down as it's happening.
However he did also admit to 'pointing his gun in kyles direction before his arm was vaporised' and neglecting to mention he even had a gun (and in his hand no less) in two different police interviews and in his on-going $10 million law suit against the City of Kenosha as well as NOT allowing law enforcement access to his phone (even though they had a search warrant for it - they never executed the warrant on advice of the DA) - all kinds of bull-fckery - i will never understand how these people aren't just strung up after a legitimate and honest peoples trial...
