Glad you are not severely ill. Moderate covid symptoms will induce a long lasting immunity. People experiencing very light or no symptoms will have a shorter lived immunity similar to the vaccine and are more likely to catch it again.

4 people get the same cold yet all get varying degrees of sickness.
This is based on immune response so let’s say 1 person is old and dies 1 is unhealthy and lethargic gets very sick and 2 who are optimally healthy get mildly sick.

We know that viral replication follows an exponential growth model. 10,000 virions can lead to a billion virions faster than an initial infection of only 100 virions. How can it not be so? You use the probabilty of an encounter of the virus with an immune cell and the number of encounters sufficient to trigger and adequate immune response to calculate time to sufficient immune response. All other factors being equal, an adequate response will occur in a shorter time period with the smaller innoculum case and shorter time frame means smaller viral load and a better ratio of immune cells/antibodies to virus.

There is a measurement error as well. It is irrelevant what Mullis Kary Mullinator intended his tool to be used for. Lots of people use technologies in ways that their inventors don’t approve of.
