Exactly. The quoted figures would show a neutral vaxx effect if 84% of over 50s were vaxxed. Without context they shouldn't raise any alarm.

The bottom of the article explains clearly that the death rate is worse for unvaccinated in their (dubious) literature. The absolute values mean nearly nothing, but hey! They're probably just made up anyways.
