No classical music buff has ever been able to tell me if these pieces of the music are the same viz Fuge and Passacaglia and, if so, who plagiarised who:

Passacaglia - Handel Halvorsen

Not sure if a Passacaglia is a distinct piece of music in any event and is merely a filler.
