I've heard from the Rabbi who did "Hitler was right" on jewtube (Tzvi ben porat i think?) that Mohhamad was a bastard son of a jewish book-maker in Mecca (i think? Since it was a jewish city before islam) he devoured book after book but was fascinated with the bible

Jews will resort to any trick to defame their opposition. Remember how they occasionally claim that Hitler was jewish? I wouldn't trust them on that one either. However, it's obvious Islam is a re-iteration of previous Abrahamic religions as it is the youngest of them

The most sensible explanation I've heard is that it's rhyming slang:

Weasel & stoat = coat

 Pop the weasel = pawn your coat

The other lyrics have a lot of variations but they all tend to have to do with spending money.
