Thank you. It’s a lot of work. It’s taken five hours to get these 14 jars going. The second batch is in right now, so, longer than five hours.

How long will this be shelf stable? Looks tasty. Regular salt??

They say three years. I say longer, up to ten. I use kosher salt. You could use any salt, but that’s what I have on hand.
