I've been considering getting some Ivermectin just in case for a while now, even though I believe I probably had covid already and as such have a level of natural immunity. Ivermectin is cheap and safe though, so I'd like to have options.
This is one of those buy a plunger before you need a plunger kinda things.
Agree with other 2 commenters. You can go to all kinds of on line pharmacies and doctors etc. But the horse paste is inexpensive and readily available. Duvet Apple Flavored; horses love it.
Go to myfreedoctor.com They are a Christian based org. They use the medici app. Follow the instructions on their webpage and add them in medici. They take donations but payment is not necessary. Once you get the consultation from the doctor and find a pharmacy to fill the scripts the doc will send it to the pharmacy. I have used their service several times for my self and my wife.
The typical script consists of Hydroxychloroquin, Ivermectin and doxycycline. Keep insurance out of the loop or you will get denied ivermectin. It will cost you under 100 for the script.
These are available on amazon too You might see a couple of other brands with similar products like duramectin or equimax, all fine. Mostly tubes that have a net wt of ~6g and an ivermectin concentration of 1.87% — avoid the stuff that also contains praziquantel.
These tubes have about 113 mg per tube and I would personally want at least 2 tubes if I got sick with covid, per person. You can dose this stuff to the nearest 4.5 mg which corresponds to a 50 lbs increment on the plunger. If you get covid you want to do 2x or 3x your weight for a daily dose. The tube is metered for .2 mg / kg (~9mg per 100 lbs) but you want to shoot for .4 to .6 mg / kg, according to the covid19criticalcare website recommendations— 40 to 60 mg a day for 4 or 5 days will use up 2 tubes.
Now if you really want to buy in bulk for a bargain you can get this Norbrook noromectin injectible for cattle. https://www.amazon.com/Norbrook-2251053C-Ivermectin-Noromectin-Injection-1-Percent-500/dp/B078YFPF64/ which you can take orally, you don’t have to inject it. You need a metered eyedropper /pipette that will measure to the nearest ml or even .5ml. One mL contains 10mg of ivermectin. So the 500 ml bottle will have 5000 mg. This is enough IVM for 20 covid patients. Or enough to take 20mg prophylactically once a week for 5 years or so. So its a good buy if you don’t fuck up the measurement. If you’re bad at math go with the horse paste.
Check your drugs for interactions. You can ignore most mild to moderate drug interactions with ivermectin if you space out your doses 12 hrs after you take the IVM.
EDIT here’s a website of a guy who shows you how to dose the horse paste for scabies in a video to give you an idea of how to dose. I might ease off after that for a few days as it accumulates. You may have diarrhea and mild to moderate neurological effects like blurry vision, change in color vision.
More serious neurological side effects would be muscle twitching, sedation, pupil dilation and theoretically would only happen at much higher doses but I would seek help if I saw them.
Optional prophylactic: .2 mg / kg 2x a week which is 12 mg to 18 mg for a typical adult. I think this is too much unless you are very high risk. I would go with 1x a week and add a probiotic or live yogurt.

So invest in some 10% iodine solution and a Listerine antiseptic formula like Listerine Advanced. And a straw.
