I'm pretty sure gayge answered "correct" during the trial, when asked if he had pointed the gun at Kyle.

Around the 3:30 mark, he says he was not pointing his gun at Kyle. Obviously if the jury had already reached a verdict this wouldn't be as big of a deal. But now, word of this could get to jurors before they've come to a conclusion (closing arguments) and sway the opinion of what they heard under oath (if they're retarded) Better be with prejudice, or whatever, too. That binger queer probably told him to go to the media.

Why wasn’t he arrested after testifying the other day? He said he chased him down and pointed the gun at Rittenhouse. Does that not count as brandishing or am I misunderstanding something?

The system has to save face. You can't say "Oopps, we tried the wrong guy he was the victim, not the attacker" they have to pretend they more-or-less got it right. That's why despite 22k verdicts being overturned for prosecutor misconduct last year only 44 of the DAs were disciplined.

This is nothing new. The courts have been rotten longer than most of us have been alive.

I was wondering the same exact thing. Even if gayge was innocent, he should have to go through the courts to find out. If we're being fair and all. It glaringly shows how media really influences the courts and politics (or rather the people controlling all of these aspects)

It's insane to think someone willing to carry a gun and point it at others, wouldn't be willing to use it. And it's not like Kyle knew his frame of mind and that gayge would not have shot (even though he would have given another half a second)
