That's David Hogg. He was a posterboy for common sense gun confiscation after the Parkland shooting. Parents are feds and his movement was about as grassroots as astroturf. He claimed that during the shooting he was hiding in a closet interviewing other students about the shooting, then afterwards he rode back to school on his bike of his own accord to give interviews and demand gun control.
