Anti Drunk Driving Tech to be installed. Totally a move to bar external auto manufacturers.

My favorite bit is you could get one of these korean trucks https://www.kia.com/ph/showroom/K2500/features.html (which are illegal here) for about $30k for their high end model (guessing based on the price in the Philippines). If foreign competition actually was allowed in they'd demolish the already fucked up US Auto Industry.

Fingers crossed that they require this for older vehicles too. The day I get pulled over for not having my FBI monitor hooked up will be pretty exciting.

Not too long ago, that scenario would have been pure science fiction. Now maybe the only thing it's missing is a scan of your vax pass too.

I see a potential market for enclosed vehicles that do not meet the definition of a "car" that could pop up in the future.

3 wheel electric bicycles, or even homebuilt 3 wheel vehicles that do not qualify as "cars" for the purposes of registration and these new tyrannical laws.

Doesn't Ford own Kia?

US sheep are stupid and need their safety blanket.
