Mix vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray directly on sunburn for instant pain relief.

Why does it sound painful? Just get crack open an aloe squeeze the goo on the sunburn. You can dilute it into water and use as a spray if preferred.

Hydrocortisone will prevent the burn from developing.
Vitamin A & E, aloe help too.

Jewelweed sap works for rashes and inflammation.
Haven't used it on sunburn, yet, but it's reported to work on that, too.

I use a remedy that my people have used for thousands of years. Foreskin juice and smegma. If you don't have access to that then I also like to rub Bengay all over myself as it really soothes the burn. Shaloms💎✡️ goys. Shaloms.
