Dammit, I was cheering for him. Even little dogs are still dogs that are faithful and don't deserve that kind of bad luck/outcome.

As a dog you are unable to look at someone and say, "Ouch! Fuck, that hurt." You have to keep going and pretend like you aren't in pain. You can't even self-massage the area to get some relief. It's a dog's life.
