I'm sure, they are dickheads, and I usually like these kinds of videos....

But the USSR didn't try and erase the culture of the eastern block or other countries.

They did switch state taught language to Russian - but parents could still use of tongue in the home or work.

The 'culture' of each area was something the USSR tried to preserve.
