Interesting, if that is her property (even by lease), do they have the right to proceed after being told not to come any closer? Shouldn't they have to declare an arrest or probable cause? In a sense, I am suggesting that since 4 armed men approached her unlawfully and she had no real ability to withdraw that she had a right to defend herself and the LEO committed murder.

Open carry is/should be legal on your own property, much like driving any vehicle doesn't require a license within your own property.

She didn't get her life threatened for a traffic offense. She was armed and reached for it when they approached her.
You say seem to have no right to approach. They were trying to see if it was her vehicle blocking the stop sign or not. She wouldn't say if it was hers or not neither would she identify. They got a cop who might recognize her from a previous warrant and she decided to open fire.
She was guilty as hell and you're defending that piece of shit for some reason.
They approached on what she said was her property. They were approaching her because she ran from a previous traffic stop. They can tow a car, they don't need to verify the owner. She said earlier it wasn't hers. They could get a warrant. They didn't have one. She has a right to be armed. She has a right to defend her property. The cops do not have a right to enter property without cause or warrant. Cops do not have rights that supercede a citizens.
I agree with you about towing the car without verifying the owner. The whole situation could have been avoided if they had just done that.
Until there's more blowback and a reform in police training, the way she acted by pulling a gun out is just going to get herself killed. I've always been taught to fight the law in court and not the cop.
So far I've not been shot for following that rule.
