The german version of this Book: "Kriegshetze und Völkermorden" is free to download. So no need to bullshit aroud with spanish, if you ask me...

It's Ludendorff's "War Agitation and the Massacre of Nations" translating from the Spanish, not the original German, into English. The German would just be too tough.
