Whatever experiment you're referring too doesn't demonstrate the "greenhouse effect", because it is impossible to demonstrate.
Usually those experiments raise the pressure or have water vapor interfering. Use really hot lights and high concentrations of CO2, stuff like that. None of those experiments actually demonstrate the "greenhouse effect" illustrated in this model.
