I applaud the recovery, but he needs surgery.

And I guess the loose skin isn't as bad as I expected considering the sheer mass of his fupa. It's still bar, but I expected worse.

The skin can tighten on its own if you ingest enough collagen and continue working out. He lost the weight a bit fast considering the loose skin, but good on him for losing all that shit.

This is why you should fast, like the snake juice fast, instead of working out like a mad-man and still eating while trying to lose weight. Fasting also eats the loose skin. He wouldn't have these problems with his skin if he had fasted instead (specifically snake juice fast).
