I live north of Calgary, Alberta. In a small town within commuting distance from calgary.

The woman (of course it was a woman) harassed me for not wearing a mask!

I said "psychopaths gaslighting us all doesn't mean I have to do anything!"

"Why are you making yourself the enforcer for psychopaths?"

She said "the government makes the rules for us to follow!"

I said "the government has to obey the law like us all, they don't make the rules!"

Then she denied selling me smokes. Then I told her to take all the groceries back. She then tells me I'm banned. This after I hit a $1,200 fine for not wearing a mask in 2020 that was increased to $1,440 before the courts dropped it. At the same store.

I said " 16,000 rcmp officers have called this psychological abuse"

She told me to "trust the science!" Regurgitating one of the preprogrammed catchphrases the tv programmed her with. She said it quietly like she didn't even believe what she was saying. She doubted her own final answer.

So for thinking "my body, my choice!" I am no longer able to buy food in my town. For establishing boundaries to narcissistic abuse and gaslighting I am excluded from the most basic amenities.

I'm currently considering my options.

The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal seems like a good place to start. They have a reputation for finding discrimination happened in about 98% of cases.

How should I deal with this bullshit voat?

Second I don't know what exactly can be done legally outside your initial idea.

For just inconveniencing them though, I'd maybe see about having a bunch of people go in at once with the notion of buying food. Then you show up and make a show of them refusing you service without a mask. Then that entire group abandon their grocery stop. If a bunch of em leave out ice cream and goods that will quickly perish if not refrigerated that would probably make them think twice so as to not lose money.

Bonus Points if a few of them initially wear masks at first but still walk out so the clerk potentially feels completely abandoned by those who she thought would be on her side. Be sure to have people call her a monster, psychopath or any other terms that a normie would take personal offense too. It may seem cruel, but her kind of behavior tends to lead to community destruction. So nip it in the bud if ya can.

What colour is your hair? If it's brown, tell them you were targeted because you looked like an injun. Avoid talking about masks. But when it is brought up, say that wasn't the reason you were kicked out and banned. You were treated that way because you look like a First Nations person. That if you didn't look like an Injun, then they would have confirmed that you weren't exempt because of the reasons below.

Other than that, "it's the law". So you have to hit on one of the exemptions. In Alberta, they are -

- Your hand or shoulder was sore and you were - "unable to place, use or remove a face mask without assistance".

- You were - "separated from every other person by a physical barrier that prevents droplet transmission."

- If they have a lottery terminal or sell smokes, you were - "establishing your identity".

But that's it. You can't use the law to fight corrupt laws.
