This is a nationwide trend.

Niggers can't pass standard tests, making it hard to fill the (((diversity))) quotas, which means the regulating boards for testing have to drop the standards - for niggers only.

There are some standards that should be revised due to the advancements in technology, but having two different standards - one for Whites and one for niggers - is not going to end well.

It will be fun to watch a lot more trans-niggers appear.
