"Parasite" is the best label for them as they are, in fact, literal parasites. They leech off of others and create nothing of value; they only destroy.
That’s not what colonisation is. To colonise, you gotta be the superior power with better technology etc. You take over a primitive society and, in fact, improve its conditions. What you described is parasitic behaviour. To leech off from better, stronger, more advanced societies.
Why not send some actual hidden history their way about the times in the past where they did atrocities towards other races and people who looked different from themselves?
