Yeah, we have no backstory here. Muzzling is what you do to spitters, what else are they supposed to do? It's like that video showing an unmasked man getting choked out by a masked guy. The unmasked guy had been thrown out for threatening staff, he jumped back in and got behind the bar to pour himself a beer, there wasn't even a mandatory mask rule there.
