As most employment contracts are unlikely to contain clauses requiring workers to submit to regular medical testing, you would need to rely on the worker’s failure to comply with a lawful and reasonable instruction from their employer in order to take disciplinary action.

Basically saying, they can't hit you with disciplinary action on the grounds of refusal.

They also have to let you off unpaid leave in like 4 weeks in a 13 week period or hand you the pink slip.

This guy as many have missed two critical steps.
1. Your empoyer has changed the terms of your employment which are contractual. You can sue on this basis alone and be placed on paid administrative leave pending the resolution of the case, which will most likely be settled without incurring any significant legal costs.
2. Informed concent - put in writing that you attempted to get the vaccine but the doctors and nurses were unable to provide information on the long term effects of the medical treatment and therefore you were unable to provide your informed concent.

Depending on the place they'll make a backup of the drive before wiping them out. One of the companies I worked for the manager would hijack the computer for a while to get what he needed from the people who left. The guy was fairly low on tech skills and wouldn't have noticed a job like that running.

Microwave it for like 7-10 seconds at a time until you hear it go "zzzzzzttt". Then it's fried and no way to show you did it. We used to fry laptops like this at best buy when figuring out what was wrong was more trouble than it was worth (usually a shitty customer).

The fact that they refuse to fire you over this is some careful legal calculation. Request information about your companies policy on unpaid leave, it might say something that could give an attorney an angle to sue them. They probably would want to be paid to sue them, but you could probably get to mediation for under 10 grand. Or it might just get thrown out by judge moshi at first look, which would only put you in a couple thousand dollars. This is a good strat if youre not a poor fag.

Next up is being terminated (wrongfully) for insubordination/misconduct. I went this route a little differently, but this is where it ends up. Get it in writing they're firing you for not taking a fraudulent test that is against your strictly held religious beliefs if you want to take it to the next step. I am in litigation as we speak for wrongful termination for insub/miscond for failing to take the weekly PCR test they offered.

my work requires me to get tested twice per week. So i take that stupid swab, put it under my mask, wiggle it around a bit without the swab ever touching me, then i proceed with the test. Works all the time. always negative, always okay.

im lucky though, people who work closely with others have to wear their masks all day, but me in my one person department only have to wear it when someone visits me, thats like, max 5 minutes per day.
