OSHA Instructs Federal Agencies Not to Record Adverse Reactions to COVID Vaccine

Their own regulations require it but they just don't want to. I also didn't know that OSHA was in charge of other Federal agencies.

OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers' vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904's recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination at least through May 2022.

Originally, they had said if an employer mandated the shot, that any injuries would have to be reported and that the employer would be liable through worker's comp. But less than two weeks later they cucked and posted the statement above.

This has been known since the rollout, but Town Hall is acting like it's new information.

Yeah, it's been that way for a while.

That's how we know it's safe, you see. No need to worry about data showing that it's not, if you just don't bother collecting any.

29 CFR 1904 is a federal law requiring them to report it, by the way. The law is still in effect, on paper. But they're openly encouraging breaking it. Without consequence.
