I'm sure he, like so many other "Rock Stars", did horrible things in their life. I certainly don't defend or condone actions of his personal life. But it is undeniable his musical talent was outstanding and progressed music a great deal.

He used new technology (electric guitar) to copy Robert Johnson. I purchased all the zepplin albums long before I learned he is child rapist. Its difficult for me to listen to them now.
