The terminology for what you're looking to do is "replace newlines with spaces" or "strip newlines".
Any decent text editor should be able to do that by searching for \n and replacing with a space (or nothing, if extra spaces are already there). Searching for the above phrases should provide you with further instructions or alternatives. There are probably online tools that do it for you.
