What does “exempt” in this scenario really mean?
Like they get to keep their jobs, but if they’re not issued the Vax passports anyway, they’re still not allowed in the growing number of banned places right?

Yeah if you live in a vax passport place, they aren't going to care if you work for Pfizer or whatever. This is just companies that don't have mandates. There's thousands of others.
