Apparently there is an issue with Brave browser and loading catbox vids. Try a different browser. It works in Opera.

Not all videos, just some using this HE-AACv2 audio codec. At least that is what I think it is. I will upload a re-encode.

All I am doing is downloading your mp4 then re-encoding it with HandBrake using mostly default parameters. MP4, web optimized, video I usually do 22 or 23 RF, sometimes I switch between variable and constant frame rate but I prefer constant around 30fps. Audio is AAC either 128 or 160, and I usually kill the forced subtitles and chapter marker on short videos like this.
