Consent implies agency, mandate implies removal of said agency, so there is merit to the thesis

A "mandate" doesn't legally enforce anything.

The implication of legal standing is motivation enough for smooth brained administrators to enact draconian workplace measures — it is real in their minds and real to their affected workforces in an economic sense should wages go unpaid or revenues unrealized

If a man were to try to mandate -- aka coerce -- a woman into having sex, he would be charged with and convicted of attempted rape and/or sexual assault.

the nice thing in being employed in a sector in which keyboarding speed literally = more shekels, your boss isn't gonna fire u, 'specially when ur in a shit hole city where they are already struggling to get good goys to work

No one has typing skills anymore. Hardly anyone even has a PC in their home these days when just 20 years ago nearly every home had one or more. If your job requires typing skills then you have it made

ya its pretty insane that I have more than 2x typing speed than most people, and that literally translates into me doing way more work and more sales than these people
