Shooting themselves in the foot.

submitted by Rotteuxx to whatever 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 09:58:25 ago (+79/-0)     (whatever)

This morning I had 4 welders scheduled at a papermill doing critical repairs to an overhead crane that serves two paper machines.

Only one of the 4 is a vaxtard, he was the only one they let since all contractors must have the shot starting today (no warning). I get a phone call from the project manager who's wondering where my guys are... "They're back at the shop, they were refused entry"

He says "but one of them was ok to work", I said "No, my guys don't work by themselves at heights or when making sparks. Let them all in or find someone else."

Now I have a field team at the shop with no work to give them except maintenance & cleaning, doesn't matter though, it's just a boring day for them.

The mill on the other hand has two paper machines not producing anything and no set time to restart them because the critical work being done on the overhead crane can't be done while they're running.

Each machine means $25-30K a day in lost production.

The best part, union mill employees have no vaxx mandate, only contractors, so fuck 'em. I'm not bending over and screwing up MY shop production schedule for those assholes.

I know my boss would give me shit for not sending at least the 1 shop welder that's also a vaxxtard to cover so the job can move forward but he's out hunting & I gave him 3 weeks notice last week, I have a new job starting the 25th. Fuck this bullshit.

Thanks, the guys were worried until I told them to go grab coffee and pick up a broom while I figured out their day, they thought I'd send them home for the day.

Exactly how to handle it. Dont antagonize or make it personal, just let them slowly realize how bad they fucked up, and if they dont realize? Well, theyll just keep fucking up and rum themselves into the ground.

Back when I was young and hungry I worked above running paper machines in the heat, in Louisiana. They didn't stop and cool down for much of anything.

Heard similar stories from my dad, he was often the one greasing bearings by crawling underneath the felt while it was running... hell of a way to pay for university!

Good job making it hard on them. Here's the problem. The banks will give that paper mill loans and free grants to do this. Kikes own the banks that create USD. Most don't know banks create US dollars not the government.

People have to start using cryptocurrencies or they will keep winning with their ownership over our money.

https://youtu.be/JG5c8nhR3LE

The central bank (federal reserve) will give regular commercial banks money if they support this kind of shit. Central banks create as much money as they like and give it to who they like whenever they like.

We are literally using out enemy's money.

[ - ] Love240 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 18:14:35 ago (+4/-0)

I agree that we are effectively 'using our enemy's money'. But the thing that you're missing is the only real difference between crypto and the fiat dollar, and that is that by it's nature, it is physical and can be physically stored and exchanged in quantities for goods and services, non-reliant on subsequent systems to facilitate the transaction.

In all other areas, crypto is as equally kiked, even if you don't 'see it'. That's part of the illusion. Just like how the SPLC and ADL just 'helped' out the FBI, until the fullness of their subversion, and then they are stuck, relying on them for their operation, corrupt to the core and spilling over into the next sector they will violate.

This isn't an argument FOR the 'dollar' so much as FOR a physical medium of exchange, a la Gold and Silver.

I’d like to say I left because my work forced the vax on me but that’s untrue. I left before they started forcing it on their office workers, those who resisted now work from home, no big deal. Now they are trying to force the field techs (my old job) because one customer is demanding any visitor to have it. Just one medium size customer, now I have a lot of techs asking me how I went freelance.

My former workplace went from 25/50 techs to 12/50 in 2020, to 4/50 techs today. All over one customer that brings in less than 1% of their income. Now they have competition with their former employees. I’m glad I got to help.

Don't you need at least 2 guys? Fire watch?

[ - ] Rotteuxx [op] 9 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 12:43:41 ago (+9/-0)

The mill supplies the firewatch since he's internally trained for their systems but I don't accept a firewatch on the floor as a partner to the guy working at heights. Always two in the scaffold or boom lift just in case something happens while welding or cutting.

Congress, the senate, and their staffs are exempt from the vax tyranny

[ - ] Zyklonbeekeeper 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 11:14:57 ago (+4/-0)

Is this in North Western Ontario by any chance? I think that 25k is per hr not per day...let them suffer from this stupidity.

[ - ] Rotteuxx [op] 5 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 11:47:28 ago (+5/-0)

That's after operating costs, at least that's was I was told this morning by the project manager.

[ - ] germ22 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 11:29:33 ago (+2/-0)

I was wondering about the 25k as well, either a tiny paper mill or wrong numbers.

[ - ] HeyJames 3 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 19:00:40 ago (+3/-0)

LOL! Can just imagine the shitshow in my industry if companies insist on this as well. "Sorry we can't send a mechanic today because all the on-call guys are unvaccinated and you don't want them around! Better find a nice place to park that truck and someone to pick up the driver!"

While your approach to this is undoubtedly the correct one, I can't help but think that this is exactly what (((they))) want... everything grinding to a halt. Defacto lockdown, resulting in further private sector collapse.

[ - ] chrimony 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 13:44:32 ago (+4/-0)

Not sure that's what (((they))) want. An Atlas Shrugged situation doesn't really benefit them. These fucks are just drunk on power, and can't stand non-conformity.

[ - ] Rotteuxx [op] 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 15:12:19 ago (+4/-0)

The mill can't run without proper maintenance and won't stay competitive if upgrades aren't getting done either. The heir to this dynasty won't shit on profits for long I'm sure.

Terminated for insubordination/misconduct for not taking the weekly test. Fuck 'em hard. I am now paid 40% more in a trade I learned from Union vouchers at my local trade school. The team I left now has 5 people of 14. When winter hits and they don't have anyone to plow/shovel snow, it will all fall apart.

[ - ] Rotteuxx [op] 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 12, 2021 21:34:53 ago (+2/-0)

Pretty sure it'll all fall apart this winter.

Kudos on learning new skills!
