It's a short circuit that affects many people these days.

Too many "things to do" rattling around in your head will cripple your ability to do any of them. The solution is to get them out of your head. Write them down. Convince your mind that it no longer needs to waste time thinking about them, since they are written down and won't be forgotten. If a goal is too large to complete in a couple of hours, at most, don't hesitate to write it down but break it up into achievable tasks before working on it. Pick the things you want to achieve today. Think only about those things. Banish all thoughts of anything else.

Traditionally, people used daily journals for this. Today, there are many "productivity tools" to help with it. Many people use a calendar app or similar. Personally, I find a whiteboard to be most effective. It's more flexible than paper, and more tangible than digital tools. Physically crossing things off as you go feels satisfying and provides positive reinforcement. I suppose a blackboard would work just as well, but this is a White board.

Build a ritual around whatever tool you use. Such as reviewing tasks for today first thing in the morning over coffee, and planning the next day every evening while revisiting what you achieved today.

Learn what makes you tick and socially engineer yourself to become more effective. If something about you isn't working right, find a way to fix it. Be your own sculptor and embrace the challenge.

I actually use archery for meditation
like, emptying the mind and seeking the target seems to like help you find mental balance

which you can later use to do some serious shit like reading a lengthy book or article piece and so forth

with the internet there is simply too much shit to do and it overwhelms a young autist like myself
