Be prepared to have no utilities or home defense. Learn to make traps and line your home with them. Make them lethal and put up warning signs. No one will believe there are traps anyway, everyone thinks it’s a bluff.

The hordes will starve before they come in earnest, the traps will catch many delirious and others will run in abject terror. Guns clean up the remainder.

It's required whichever January 1st or June 1st that comes after approval. You know the FDA is going to approve it Dec 26 so that people have no time to think it through.
