If a few decades this will be forgotten. The story about how niggers were victimized will be the story of the 2020s.

Niggers have always had special treatment. In 1619, humanitarian efforts to bring poor niggers to the colonies to help them were demonized by niggers who volunteered to go. Now the real story of it being a humanitarian effort is forgotten.

From the title I thought this was going to be about financially incentivizing the most stupid and lazy breeder stock to propagate children and not produce or work so that we can have even more of that in the future.
