Seriously? Yes, his parents got him a very large cake to make him happy, then decided to film it, yet ruined the moment by smashing his head into the cake. Then the kid as a moment of screaming out for help, decides to self-abuse himself.

LOL, get the fuck out of here. The kid was having fun. You can see the smile at the start. Even the dad comes back thinking the kid might be going to far with the hand at the end.

E: Also, the unemotional filming person (I presume wife) keeps filming fine though out the whole shenanigans.

E2: Last, note all the presents around the cake. I'm sure they are all empty gifts to disappoint the child and make him want to cut himself later.

Self-deprecation is not healthy. Gifts and filming do not omit the abusive behavior. Just because everyone carries on as if it is normal, acceptable behavior doesn't make it right.
