Those test results don't back up the claims he's making. They're not even really that abnormal, you can see the ranges written next to the results. Differentials just go by percents, so if you have a high percent of granulocytes it makes the overall percentage of lymphocytes low, so you need to check the absolute values, which are included with the results, but excluded from the abnormal part so they're likely normal.

edit: This video is so sketchy. He doesn't even show the rest of the guy's lab results, he just focuses on the three abnormal values without showing the other parts of the lab that put it in context. This is either some bullshit artist trying to make a buck or a deliberate plant to make antivax look stupid.
