This is a disease caused by an extremely high frequency gene in the ashkenazi population.

The homozygous genotype is associated with the disease though not all of this genotype are symptomatic. The disease causes a whole bunch of problems including abnormal cortisol levels and increased production of androgens. This results in virilization in females. Including lesbianism and bi-sexuality. Women tend to have polycystic ovary disease. Sufferers tend to be hairy and short and have early puberty. The males tend to be bald. Women with this condition in particular seem to have impulsivity problems and have been diagnosed with psychiatric problems.
