Im feeling conspiratorial. Lets say corona is fake and those who make the jab know it and the jab still has a biological end goal. One some find important enough to kill for. A goal that takes multiple jabs to really stick without causing a degree of deaths that would force the project to be shelved purely due to rebellion. If that was the case would it look different from what we see now? What if anything beyond blind trust in the powers that be prevents this scenario from taking place be it on a local or global level? The technology to do all kinds of crazy things exists. Humans have already stepped into what was once science fiction territory. A thing most are woefully uninformed about.
If corona was faked and you'd want to get a vaccine booster system in place, you'd give a placebo or an already tested vaccine. You wouldn't start with one that complicate things so much. Although, this has the added benefit of needing to gaslight the population and induce a higher level of compliance.
