In a leaked memo, Beijing said it no longer sees games as 'entertainment', but instead as a form of art that must promote what it considers 'correct values' and an 'accurate understanding' of history and culture.

TikTok adjusts the content for each country's laws & norms.

For gay marriage countries (USA, Canada, UK, France, etc), there will be plenty of gay content.

But for countries that ban gay propaganda (Russia, muslim countries, etc), TikTok will censor LGBT content.
