Funny that the first thing people think about when panicking is their asshole. What good is toilet paper if I haven’t any food to eat? I can wipe my ass with a rag and wash it out in the sink.

It wasn't the first thing. It was news stations around the country collaborating to create panic. TP was just one product, not extremely essential but they were able to gauge public response and measure responses to understand how to implement REAL panic in the future.

When it all began, remember how many local news stations were caught emptying shelves for backdrops?

They CAUSED the toilet paper panic. It was an experiment to see how panic in masses worked, how to instigate panic and the resulting behaviors.

All I needed was to learn was the way they promoted the TP panic to see this was all a hoax.
