Do jews eat corn syrup and soy shit in their foods or is it not Kosher? I want to find some healthier options besides growing and making everything myself because I have shit to do.
Why do you need to consume corn or soy with the only alternative of buying kosher? Almost every product is marked kosher. and some of the profit from that sale goes to kikes because it is kosher.
Just stop eating processed foods. Buy vegetables, buy raw meat, buy a rice or grain, and cook them. It is that simple.

Sir Kensington's Mayo is made with expeller pressed sunflower oil. It’s fucking expensive, but unless you’re white trash who huffs mayo everyday, it should last awhile.
I've got a jar here I bought at the scratch-and-dent store that's made with avocado oil. I haven't opened it, yet, but I'll try to remember to post the results when I do.
Kosher standards are different depending on who you are and where you are. I knew a jew on another message board who lived in Israel who talked about the food there. They don't sell most American food, even food that's "kosher", because it isn't kosher enough. They consider it filth and good enough for American jews, but they won't eat it. He cited so-called "kosher" hot dogs as an example.
Don't use jews as an example for anything except degeneracy and double standards.
I've heard that in regard to chocolate. Israeli brands, or imports that are sold there, lack a lot of the junk ingredients they use in American brands.

go carnivore. eat lots of beef with cheese, raw eggs shakes (egg, heavy whipping cream, milk/yogurt), avoid pork and chicken, they're alright but way better to stick with beef.
Funny, I used to use that shit as well years ago - I swear, switching to using actual cream instead of that chemistry class nightmare has slightly improved my health; but I made a bunch of other changes also.
